Dan Johnson is a Republican member of the Idaho House of Representatives, representing District 6 since 2012. He previously represented District 7 from December 2011, when he was appointed by Governor Butch Otter, to 2012.[1]

Johnson won election in the 2012 election for Idaho State Senate District 6. Johnson defeated Jeff Nesset in the Republican primary on May 15 and defeated John Bradbury (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]
