Dan Ruby (b. December 1, 1964) is a Republican member of the North Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 38. He was first elected to the chamber in 2000.

Biography

Ruby earned a diploma from Burlington High School. He works for Circle Sanitation Inc. and Noonan Landfill LLC.[1]

Ruby ran in the 2012 election for North Dakota Senate District 38. Ruby and fellow incumbent Larry Bellew ran unopposed in the Republican primary on June 12. They defeated Robert E. Kibler and Mike Rose in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2]
