Dan Schwartz is a Republican candidate for the office of Treasurer for the state of Nevada in the 2014 election.[1][2] He announced his candidacy July 8, 2013.[3]

Schwartz' last bid for political office was in 2012, when he ran unsuccessfully for election to the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of Nevada.

Schwartz is running for election as Nevada Treasurer. He is seeking the Republican nomination in the primary election on June 10, 2014.[1] The general election takes place November 4, 2014.
