Daniel Hall (b. July 26, 1974) is a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates. He has represented District 22 since 2008.

Hall attended Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College. He went on to receive his BA from Marshall University in 1997.

Hall was a teacher for Raleigh County Board of Education from 1997 to 1999. He then worked as a Claims Handler for State Farm Insurance from 1999 to 2005. He has also worked as a Claims Handler for Nationwide Insurance from 2005 to the present. He is an Insurance Investigator.[1]

Hall is running for re-election to the West Virginia House of Delegates District 22. He is one of three candidates running for the two District 22 Delegate positions on the ballot in the November 2, 2010 general election. The two top vote-getters are elected. [2]

2008

In 2008 Hall was elected to the West Virginia House District 22. Hall (D) finished with 5,887 votes and Linda Lee Phillips (D) finished with 6,824 votes.[3] Hall raised $24,949 for his campaign fund.[4]
