Daniel Losquadro is a Republican candidate for District 1 of the New York State Assembly. The primary election was on September 14, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Losquadro was uncontested in the September 14 Republican primary. He defeated incumbent Marc Alessi (D) in the general election on November 2.[3] He also ran on the Conservative Party and School Tax Relief Party tickets.
