Daniel McComas (b. May 26, 1953) was a Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives. He represented District 19 from 1995 to 2012, when he resigned prior to the end of his term after being appointed chairman of the North Carolina State Ports Authority Board of Directors.[1]

McComas received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Saint Bonaventure University in 1976. He is president and former general manager of a transportation company. He and his wife, Betty, have two children.
