Daniel O'Donnell (b. November 17, 1960) is a Democratic member of the New York State Assembly. He has represented District 69 since 2003. O'Donnell's political experiences include candidate for New York State Senate, District 30 in 1998; member of Community Board 9 (Manhattan) since 1995; and a delegate to the Democratic National Convention.

O'Donnell's professional experiences include public interest lawyer for Daniel O'Donnell, Esquire and staff attorney for New York Legal Aid Society.

O'Donnell earned a BA in public affairs from George Washington University and a JD from City University of New York Law School.[1]
