Daniel L. Squadron is a Democratic member of the New York State Senate, representing District 26. He was first elected to the chamber in 2009.

He previously represented District 25 from 2009 to 2013.

Biography

Squadron earned his Bachelors from Yale University. His professional experience includes Squadron working as a Communications Director for the Transportation Bond Act, as the Co-Author of Positively American: Winning Back the Middle Class Majority One Family at a Time, and as an Aide to U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer.

Squadron ran in the 2012 election for New York State Senate District 26. He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on September 13, 2012. He also ran on the Working Families Party ticket. Squadron defeated Jacqueline Haro (R) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012. [1][2]
