Daniel Webster is a Republican member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the Sixth Plymouth District since 2003.

Webster is an attorney. He served on the Hanson Board of Selectmen from 1997-2002.

Webster is a member of the Plymouth County Bar Association, and the Plymouth County Republican Club.[1]

Webster was unopposed in the Republican primary on September 6. The general election was November 6.[2] Webster withdrew from the race following the primary election, saying he wanted to focus more on his law practice and his family.[3]

Webster won re-election to the Sixth Plymouth Seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He defeated Josh Cutler in the general election on November 2, 2010.[4]
