Danny Marshall, III is a Republican member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 14 since 2002.

Marshall previously served on the Danville City Council in 2000-2001. He graduated from George Washington High School in 1970 and attended Danville Community College.

Marshall is the General Manager for Marshall Concrete Products. He is also a member of the Danville Area Development Foundation.[1]

  • HB 1645 Highway system construction, urban; not more than 1/3 of funds to be used to reimburse locality.

  • HB 2031 Mortgage loan originators; definition, establishes licensure and registry.[2]

On November 8, 2011, Marshall won re-election to District 14 of the Virginia House of Delegates. He was uncontested in the August 23 primary and ran unopposed the November 8 general election.[3]
