Dave Upthegrove (b. May 3, 1971) is a Democratic member of the Washington State House of Representatives, representing District 33. Previously, Upthegrove has worked on the Legislative Staff of the Washington State House of Representatives.

He has also worked as a Community Relations Director for King County Councilwoman Julia Patterson.

Upthegrove earned his BA in Environmental Conservation from the University of Colorado.[1]
