David Alan Wolkins (b. June 2, 1943) is a Republican member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing District 18. He was first elected to the chamber in 1988. He previously served on the Winona Lake Town Board from 1969 to 1988.

Wolkins's professional experience includes working as a teacher, Vice President of ABC Travel, Owner/Operator of Case Tractor Dealership, and President of Warsaw Power and Equipment.

Wolkins won re-election in the 2012 election for Indiana House of Representatives District 18. Wolkins ran unopposed in the May 8 Republican primary and defeated Christopher Wright (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
