David Casavis is a 2014 Republican candidate for District 73 of the New York State Assembly.

Elections for the office of New York State Assembly will take place in 2014. A primary election took place September 9, 2014. The general election will be held on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was July 10, 2014. Incumbent Dan Quart was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while David B. Casavis was unopposed in the Republican primary. Quart is running on the Working Families Party ticket and Casavis is running on the Independence Party of New York State ticket. Quart and Casavis will face off in the general election.[1]

Casavis ran in the 2012 election for New York State Assembly District 73. He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on September 13, 2012. He also ran on the Independence Party of New York State ticket. He was defeated by incumbent Dan Quart in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]
