David Buchwald is a Democratic member of the New York State Assembly, representing District 93. He was first elected to the chamber in 2012.


Buchwald earned his B.S. in Physics from Yale University, his M.P.P. in Public Policy from Harvard University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School. His professional experience includes working as an attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and as a former intern to Congresswoman Nita Lowey.[1]
