David Chipman was a Democratic candidate for District 64, Maine House of Representatives in the November 2, 2010 state legislative election.

Chipman's opponent in the November 2 general election was Republican candidate Kimberly Olsen. According to unofficial results, Olsen defeated Chipman in the November 2 general election.[1] Democratic incumbent Leila Percy was not eligible for re-election under Maine's term limits.
