David Maloney has been a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives since 2011, representing District 130. He was first elected in 2010, with his term expiring in 2012.

He worked in the carpentry remodeling business and opened his own small business that he continues to operate. He also served on the Oley Valley School Board.

Maloney ran in the 2012 election for Pennsylvania House District 130. Maloney ran unopposed in the Republican primary on April 24 and defeated Russell Diesinger (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012. [1][2]

Maloney won election to the 130th District seat in 2010. He defeated Tammy Gore in the May 18 Republican primary and defeated incumbent Democrat David Kessler in the November 2 general election.[3]
