David B. McKinley (b. March 28, 1947) is a Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives from the state of West Virginia. McKinley represents the 1st congressional district of West Virginia and was first elected to the House in 2010.

Biography

After earning his bachelor's in civil engineering from Purdue University, McKinley work in construction and then started an architectural engineering firm in West Virginia.[1]
