David Miller (b. January 29, 1953) is a Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives. He has represented District 55 since 2001.

Miller earned his BS from the University of Missouri in 1975.

Miller was a District Geologist for Pathfinder/General Electric from 1977 to 1982. He then worked as a Resource Manager for COGEMA from 1982 to 1997. He has been an Energy Expert/Consultant for International Atomic Energy Agency and Others since 1997.

Miller won re-election in the 2012 election for the Wyoming House of Representatives District 55. He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on August 21 and defeated Sherry Shelley (D) and Bethany Baldes (L) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2]
