Miller is running in the 2012 election for New York State Assembly District 55. He is running against incumbent William F. Boyland, Jr., Anthony T. Jones, Christopher J. Durosinmi, Roy Antoine, Anthony L. Herbert, and Nathan Bradley in the Democratic primary on September 13, 2012. Jonathan H. Anderson is running unopposed in the Republican primary. Bilal Malik is running unopposed in the Independence primary. The general election takes place on November 6, 2012. [1]
