Taylor is an independent candidate for District 34 of the New Jersey General Assembly. Incumbents Sheila Oliver and Thomas Giblin ran unopposed in the Democratic Primary on June 7. Steve Farrell and Joan Salensky defeated Randy Colondres and Rick Farfan in the Republican primary. Clenard Childress is running as an Independent in the November 8 general election as well.[1]
