David Weprin

David Weprin is a Democratic member of the New York State Assembly, representing District 24. Weprin won a special election on February 9, 2010 to replace his brother Mark, who resigned after winning David's previously held seat on the New York City Council.[1]

David received 62% of the vote, defeating Bob Friedrich. He will face re-election in November 2010.[2]
