A City of Davis Woodland Water Supply Project, Measure I ballot question was on the March 5, 2013 ballot for voters in the City of Davis in Yolo County, where it was approved.

By voting in favor of Measure I, the city's voters directed the City of Davis to pursue the Davis Woodland Water Supply Project as a participant in the Woodland Davis Clean Water Authority (WDCWA), a joint powers agency whose members are Davis and the City of Woodland.

The water project in question is expected to provide 12 million gallons per day of surface water from the Sacramento River to Davis water customers and 18 million gallons per day to Woodland customers. The City of Davis water system at the time of the vote on Measure I relied solely on groundwater. The completion of the water project will mean that the city will primarily use surface water, reverting to the use of groundwater only during times of peak water demand.

The Project includes the construction, operation and maintenance of a water intake facility. This facility will take water from the Sacramento River. The Project also includes construction of a water treatment facility and pipelines.
