Dawn Hill is a Democratic member of the Maine State Senate. She has represented the 1st District since December 2010.

Hill is the Owner of It's a Dog's World and serves on the Maine Mutual Group Insurance Board of Directors. She was an attorney from 1980-1990.

Hill is a member of the Emerge Maine Board of Directors, York Land Trust Board of Directors, Maine State Planning Office Critical Areas Advisory Board, and MMG Insurance, Presque Isle Board of Directors.[1]

Hill did not run for re-election to the State House, but rather ran for election to the Maine State Senate. She defeated Republican candidate Michael Estes in the November 2 general election. Democratic incumbent Peter Bowman did not run for re-election.[2]
