Dean Kirby (b. November 21, 1946) is a Republican member of the Mississippi State Senate, representing District 30. He was first elected to the chamber in 1991.

Kirby was County Chair of the Republican Executive Committee in 1977.

Biography

Kirby attended Mississippi College, and earned his B.S. from La Salle University. His professional experience includes owning Dean Kirby Insurance Agency since 1979.
