Deborah Berry (b. September 2, 1958) is a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 22nd District since 2002. She served on the Waterloo City Council from 2000-2002.

Berry works as Site Coordinator with an At-Risk Youth After School Program.

She is a member of the Boys/Girls Club of America of Black Hawk County, Family and Children Council, Iowa Community Education Association, Iowa After school alliance, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, New Iowans Interim Committee, and Quakerdale.[1]
