Deborah A. Fellela (b. November 16, 1956) is a Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 43. She was first elected to the chamber in 2006.

Fellela received her diploma from East Providence High School in 1974. Fellela is a Secretary and Principal at R.F. Kennedy School. She is a former employee of John Hancock Insurance as well.
