Debra Haaland is a Democratic candidate for Lieutenant Governor of New Mexico in the 2014 elections. Haaland is currently the chairwoman of the Native American Democratic Caucus of New Mexico and tribal administrator of San Felipe Pueblo.[1][2]


In 2012, Haaland worked as "Native American vote director" for the Obama campaign.[2]
