Hodges lost to Democratic incumbent Katherine Klausmeier by a margin of 25,155 to 16,968 in the November 2 general election. [1]

In the September 14 primary election, Hodges defeated Benjamin Lawless by a margin of 4,155 to 1,633. [2]
