The At-large congressional district of Delaware is a congressional district comprising the entire state of Delaware.

The current representative of the at-large congressional district is John C. Carney Jr. (D).

The at-large congressional district of Delaware held an election for the U.S. House of Representatives on November 6, 2012.


On November 2, 2010, John C. Carney, Jr. won election to the United States House of Representatives. He defeated Glen Urquhard (R), Earl R. Lofland (I), Brent A. Wangen (L), Jeffrey Brown (I) in the general election.[1]
