Delores Kelley is a Democratic member of the Maryland State Senate, representing District 10. She was first elected to the chamber in 1994. She previously served in the Maryland House of Delegates from 1991 to 1995.

Kelley earned her B.A. in Philosophy from Virginia State College in 1956, her M.A. in Education from New York University in 1958, her M.A. in Speech Communication from Purdue University in 1972, and her Ph.D. in American Studies from the University of Maryland College Park in 1977. Her professional experience includes working as a professor and dean at Coppin State College.
