Derek Partee was a Republican candidate for District 18 of the New York State Assembly. The primary election was on September 14, 2010, and the general election was on November 2.

Partee was uncontested in the September 14 Republican primary. He was defeated by incumbent Earlene Hill Hooper (D) in the general election on November 2.[1] In addition to running on the Republican ticket, Partee ran on the Conservative Party ticket.
