Lemahieu ran in the 2012 election for Wisconsin State Assembly District 26. He was defeated by incumbent Michael Endsley (R) in the Republican primary on August 14, 2012.[1] Endsley will face Democratic primary victor Mike Helmke in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
