Morrison is running in the 2012 election for New York State Assembly District 77. He is running unopposed in the Conservative primary on September 13, 2012. Incumbent Vanessa L. Gibson (who is also running on the Working Families Party ticket), Anthony Curry and Edwin Figueroa are running in the Democratic primary. Tanya Carmichael ran unopposed in the Republican primary. The general election takes place on November 6, 2012. [1][2]
