Diane Peranich (b. January 11, 1940) is a Democratic member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. She has represented the 121st District since 1988.

Peranich is a member of the Mississippi Democratic Party State Executive Committee, Crime Stoppers Board Of Directors, and the State Board of Economic Development - Constitution Study Committee Advisory Council.[1]

Republican candidates Jeff Wallace and Carolyn Crawford are running in the August 2 Republican primary. The general election takes place on November 8, 2011. [2]
