Diane Rosenbaum (b. November 26, 1949) has been a Democratic member of the Oregon State Senate. She currently serves as Assistant Majority Leader. Rosenbaum was the Chair of Minimum Wage Coalition from 1995 to 1997. She served in the Oregon State House of Representatives from 1998 to 2008. During this time she served as Democratic Whip and Speaker Pro Tempore. She has served as both Democratic Precinct Committeeperson and Chair for Oregon Commission for Women since 1993. She joined the Oregon State Senate in 2009. She has served in that position since, representing the 21st district.

Rosenbaum is a retired Central Office Technician for Qwest. Rosenbaum earned her Bachelor's from Reed College.

Rosenbaum will serve as the Majority Leader in the State Senate, succeeding Richard Devlin.[1]
