Dick Barrett (b. July 23, 1942) is a Democratic member of the Montana State Senate, representing District 47. He was first elected to the chamber in 2012.

Barrett served in the Montana House of Representatives, representing District 93 from 2009 to 2013.

Biography

Barrett earned his B.A. in Economics from Swathmore College in 1964, and his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin in 1972. His professional experience includes volunteering in the Peace Corps from 1964 to 1966.
