Dillon Bates was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 118 of the Maine House of Representatives. [1][2] He holds a Bachelor's degree in political science and theatre from the University of Maine.[3] He was a delegate to the 2008 and 2012 Democratic State Conventions.[4]


Bates says the economy, healthcare, and education are important.[5]

Bates ran in the 2012 election for Maine House of Representatives District 118. Bates lost against Matthew Moonen in the Democratic primary on June 12, 2012. Chase Martin ran unopposed in the Republican primary. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[6][7]
