A Discovery Bay Community Services Appropriation Limit, Measure S ballot question was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the Discovery Bay Community Services District in Contra Costa County, California, where it was approved.

The approval of Measure S allowed the service district's appropriation limit to continue at $725,000.00 and to be adjusted for changes in the cost-of-living and population, with the increase effective for Fiscal Year 2008-2009 through 2011-2012 (inclusive) to provide for the expenditure of funds that will be available to DB L&L Zone #8 District for the stated fiscal years.
