Redistricting

NJ Spotlight has identified the 3rd District as a potential place for the GOP to pickup a seat in the Assembly. With redistricting moving DiCicco to the 3rd district, he has the advantage of running with incumbent status. Additionally, hran mate Villare came within 1,300 votes of defeating Celeste Riley in 2009. [3]

In the 2009 General Election he was bracketed with Eugene Lawrence and faced incumbent Paul Moriarty and candidate William Collins.[4][5]
