Don Dwyer, Jr. (b. February 11, 1958) is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He has represented District 31 since January 8, 2003 and currently serves as Deputy Minority Whip.

Dwyer has been a Contract Aerospace Engineer, Business Consultant, Owner and Operator of American Screen and Poster, Incorporated, and Junior Manufacturing Engineer with Fairchild Republic Aircraft.

He is a member of the Maryland Veterans Caucus, American Legislative Exchange Council, and the Taxpayers Protection Caucus.[1]

On November 7, 2006, Don Dwyer, Jr. ran for District 31 of the Maryland House of Delegates, winning the third of three seats, losing to Steve Schuh and Nicholaus Kipke but beating Joan Cadden, Thomas Fleckenstein, and Craig Reynolds. [2]
