Don Phillips (b. May 7, 1951) is a Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 62 from 2011 to 2013, and District 138 since January 7, 2013.

Phillips' professional experience includes working as a state trooper for the Missouri Highway Patrol Troop D and as an athletic director at Hollister High School.

Phillips earned his BS in physical education from College of the Ozarks in 1973.

Phillips won re-election in the 2012 election for Missouri House of Representatives, District 138. Phillips ran unopposed in the August 7 Republican primary and ran unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]

On November 2, 2010 Phillips won election to the Missouri House of Representatives. Phillips defeated Nita Jane Ayres (incumbent, 2,206 votes) and Jeff Justus (2,340 votes) in the August 3 primary with a total of 3,112 votes.
