Don Schroeder is a Republican member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 74 since 2007.

Schroeder operated a Production Agriculture Operation for 30 years, and served as a McPherson County Commissioner. He also served on the Inman USD 448 School Board for five years.

Schroeder has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Tabor College, and a Masters of Public Administration from Wichita State University.[1]

Schroeder refused to take Project Vote Smart's 2008 Political Courage Test. The test, which is administered to all candidates for presidential, congressional, gubernatorial, and state legislative offices, asks one central question - "Are you willing to tell citizens your positions on the issues you will most likely face on their behalf?"[2]

Schroeder won re-election in the 2012 election for Kansas House of Representatives District 74. He was unopposed in the August 7 Republican primary and was unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[4][5][6]

Schroeder won re-election to the 74th District seat against Max L. Smith (D). Schroeder had no opposition in the GOP primary. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[7]
