Donald L. Moffitt (b. February 18, 1947) is a Republican member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing District 74 since 1993.

Moffitt served as Knox County Treasurer from 1984-1993, Knox County Board member from 1978-1984, Knoxville Alderman from 1977-1978, and Mayor of Oneida from 1972-1975.

He is a member of the Carver Community Action Agency, Galesburg Lions Club, Finance Chair of the Knoxville United Methodist Church of the Masonic Lodge, and the Knox County Farm Bureau.[1]

Moffitt won re-election in the 2012 election for Illinois House of Representatives District 74. Moffitt was unopposed in the March 20 Republican primary and defeated August Junior (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]
