Donna A. Lupardo (b. August 17, 1954) is a Democratic member of the New York State Assembly, representing District 123. She was first elected to the chamber in 2004.

She previously represented District 126 in the Assembly from 2005 to 2013. Lupardo's political experience includes being a member of the Broome County Democratic Committee; a candidate for New York State Assembly, District 126 in 2002; and county legislator for the Broome County Legislature.

Biography

Lupardo earned her B.A. from Wagner College and M.A. in Philosophy from State University of New York at Binghamton. [1] Her professional experience includes being the director of education for the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier, working as a wellness and safety coordinator for Broome Company Government, and as an adjunct faculty member for the School of Education and Human Development for the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Lupardo ran in the 2012 election for New York State Assembly District 123. She ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on September 13, 2012. She is also running on the Working Families Party ticket. She defeated Julie A. Lewis in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
