Donna Sweaney (b. June 18, 1943) is a Democratic member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Windsor-1. She was first elected to the chamber in 1996. She previously represented Windsor-3 from 1997 to 2013.

Biography

Sweaney earned her BA from Youngstown State University in 1966. She went on to receive her MEd from the University of Hartford in 1974.

Sweeney is a School Counselor and Elementary School Teacher.

Sweaney served as Chair of the Windsor Select Board from 1986 to 1987.
