Donna M. Walsh (b. January 28, 1943) is a Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 36. She was first elected to the chamber in 2006.

Walsh served as Vice President of the Charlestown Town Council from 1982 to 1984. She then served in the Rhode Island State Senate from 1996 to 2002. From 1997 to 2002, she served as Deputy Majority Leader.

Walsh earned her BA and MA from the University of Rhode Island in 1971 and 1976, respectively.She has taught 6th Grade at Chariho Regional School District since 1972.

Walsh won re-election in the 2012 election for Rhode Island House of Representatives District 36. Walsh was unopposed in the September 11 Democratic primary and defeated Tina Jackson (R) and Kevin Prescott (I) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]
