Doreen Marie Costa (b. October 9, 1964) is a Republican member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 31. Costa joined the house in 2011.

In her professional career, she is a business woman working for Servpro of Northern New England. She has also been active on various committees of the Rhode Island Republican Party.

Costa attended the Community College of Rhode Island.

Costa won re-election in the 2012 election for Rhode Island House of RepresentativesDistrict 31. Costa was unopposed in the September 11 Republican primary and defeated Steven Campo (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]

Costa defeated James Halley and Ann Marie Marshall in the September 14 Republican primary and defeated incumbent Democrat Kenneth Carter in the November 2 general election.[2][3]
