Duane Ankney (b. April 14, 1946) is a Republican member of the Montana House of Representatives, representing the 43th District since 2007.

Ankney's professional experience includes working as the following; plant foreman at Spring Creek Coal and mail foreman at Central Feeds. He also worked for the Western Energy Company and served in the United States Navy from 1964-1969.

Ankney won re-election in the 2012 election for Montana House of Representatives, District 43. Ankney ran unopposed in the June 5 primary election and defeated Gary Perkins (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
