Dustin Cox was a Democratic candidate for District 27 of the Arizona House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 24, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Cox faced Eric Carbajal Bustamante, John Bernal, Bob Gilby, Sami Hamed, and Macario Saldate in the August 24 primary. The two who receive the most votes faced Republican Robert I. Compton and Green Party candidate Kent Solberg in the general election.
