Dwight Scharnhorst (b. November 11, 1947) is a Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 98. He was first elected to the chamber in a special election in February 2006.


Scharnhorst attended Meramac Community College and Jefferson College. His professional experience includes working as the owner of Scharnhorst Photography, and as a retail manager from 1965 to 1980.[1]

Scharnhorst won re-election in the 2012 election for Missouri House of Representatives, District 98. Scharnhorst ran unopposed in the August 7 Republican primary and ran unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[3][4]
